Defeated all 3 members of Team Unicorn, one of the best pro dueling teams in the world at the time, by himself.Then used the power of the Crimson Dragon to summon Majestic Star Dragon to one shot the multi city block sized King of the Netherworld. Defeated Rex Goodwin, the most powerful of the Dark Signers, and gained the Mark of the Dragon Head from him, with help from Jack Atlas and Crow Hogan.Yusei also destroyed these monsters in one blow with his Stardust Dragon.
Not only were these Dark Signers much more powerful than an average duelist, they were also gifted with special Earthbound Immortal Monsters that could reach the size of a building and absolutely decimate accomplished duelists like Sayer, leader of the Arcadia Movement.
To do so, he had to defeat Akiza Izinski, an accomplished Psychic Duelist who could destroy a town square and is one of the legendary Signers, as well as Jack Atlas, the Turbo Duel Champion.
